Gijima is recruiting 20 x System Support NQF Level 5 (SAQA ID 48573) learners for a 12-month learnership programme in Polokwane. The National Certificate in IT: Systems Support at NQF Level 5, is intended for unemployed youth, entering the workplace, requiring Systems Support skills, focusing on networking/systems support.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Possess excellent command of the English language
• Good problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientated
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a team

Qualifications

• Candidates must have completed matric with mathematics and English
• Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates must have NO criminal record
• Candidates must currently be unemployed
• Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
• Candidates must not be studying at any other institution (including distance learning)
• Candidates must live in the greater Polokwane area (relocation is NOT an option)
• Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 January 2026
• Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, White, Coloured and Indian
